We're Looking for Law-Student Interns!

The Intern Poster

Adams Contracts is looking for two students currently in their second year at U.S. law schools to help us build our next automated templates.

Here's what it would involve: You would commit whatever time you think is commensurate with being a full-time student. (It would have to be enough time to allow you to get a decent amount of work done.) Over breaks, you would be welcome to give us more of your time. You'd get to work with me, Ken Adams. (Pipe down, hecklers!) I'd do my darnedest to make sure you have a meaningful experience. You'd get a free copy of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting. You'd take, at no charge, my online course Drafting Clearer Contracts: Masterclass. You'd work remotely, but if you happen to be in the New York City region, we could meet in person.

What am I looking for? Someone who's considering a career in contracts. Someone with semantic acuity—an ear for language. Someone who reads. Someone who writes. Someone with standards. But you don't have to have a gleaming resume.

If you're interested, please email me at ken@legalsifter.com. Tell me a bit about yourself and why you're interested. Include your resume. Anything that seems like it was written with the help of AI will be burned with fire!
