FAQs for Users

Where can I find the Quick Tour?
Click on Support > Quick Tour. Clicking through the Quick Tour will point out features of our XpressDox site. 
How do I change my password?
On the login screen, click on Forgot password, then enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a link allowing you to reset your password. 
Can I save the answers I give in one Adams Contracts interview and apply them to another interview?
Yes. You can save the answers you give in an interview by clicking the Save Information button. You can then load those answers in a different interview by clicking on the Load Information button and selecting the previously saved answer file. 
How can I reload previous answers?
On the results page (after you assemble the template), you can click on the Return to Interview button. If you have saved information and you wish to reload it, from the interview click the Load Information button. Then browse your local drive or your cloud folders (in other words, your folders on XpressDox’s server) and locate the answer file you require.  
What if my computer crashes?
Your answers are automatically saved every 60 seconds. If your computer crashes or you lose power, simply login again, run the same template you had been working on, and the system will automatically reload your data so you can pick up where you left off. 
Why am I getting an error message?
This can happen if you lose your internet connection. Check to see if you can access other websites. If you can, try restarting your computer and see if that clears the problem. 
How do I find a specific template?
Click in the search bar at the top right of your displayType in a few letters or words from the likely template name, then click Search. 
How do I share an interview with clients or other Adams Contracts users via email?
You can share interviews with other users via email so they can capture their own answers. First, run a template. With the interview on your screen, click on the Share Interview button (top right). If you wish, you can answer some or all of the questions before you share the interview. 
Where are the answers from shared interviews saved?
The answers for interviews you shared will be saved in your Cloud account, and you can find them by clicking on Manage > File Explorer or simply clicking the Load Information button. 
How can I cancel or resend a shared interview?
Click on Manage > Shared Interviews, then click on the elipses in the row of the shared interview you wish to delete. Choose Delete or Resend from the drop-down list. 

FAQs for Subscriber Admins and Single Users

How do I subscribe to the system?
If you do not yet have a login to Adams Contracts, you will need to create a new account. From the login page, click on the Create a New Account tab and then follow the prompts. 
How do I add a user?
Click on Manage > My Users, then click on the Add User button. 
How do I delete a user?
Click on Manage > My Users, then click on the trash can icon for the entry of the user you wish to delete. 
Can I change a user’s email address?
Click on Manage > My Users, then click on the edit user icon for that user. Change the email address to the new email address. The password for that user will not be changed. 
How do I change a user’s password?
On the login screen, click on Forgot Password, then enter that user’s email address. An email will be sent to that user with a link to reset their password. 
Why are users unable to save to the cloud?
A setting for each user determines whether they can save to the cloud or whether they can only save to their local desktop computer. Click on Manage > Settings, then ensure that Allow Cloud Storage is checked or unchecked, as appropriate. 
Why are my users unable to share a interview?
You need to turn on this functionality in Manage > Settings. 
How do I apply my firm logo and firm color to shared interviews?
When you email a shared interview to an external user, you can theme the interview to include your logo and corporate color. Click on Manage > Settings. Choose your firm color and upload your logo using the PNG format. (The JPG format won’t work.) 
Where do I add or change my firm information?
Click on Manage > Firm Information, add or edit the answers, and then click on the Save Firm Information button. 
How do I renew my subscription?
Click on Manage > Subscriptions. Click on the Subscribe button. 
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. To switch to annual billing, first cancel your monthly subscription. (You will still have access until the end of your billing cycle.) When your monthly subscription expires, click on Manage > Subscriptions, then click on the Subscribe button and resubscribe, opting for annual subscription. 
Can I switch from annual to monthly billing?
You will need to let your annual subscription expire first. When it has expired, click on Manage > Subscriptions, then click on the Subscribe button and resubscribe, opting for monthly subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are on an annual subscription, you don’t need to cancel—your subscription will expire at the end of the year. If you have a monthly subscription, click on Manage > Subscriptions, then click on the Cancel Subscription button. 
What if my credit card expires?
If your credit card expires and you have a monthly subscription, you will receive an email message alerting you and containing a link allowing you to resubscribe with a new card. If you miss that email, you can simply login, then click on Manage > Subscriptions to resubscribe. (This issue doesn’t apply if you have an annual subscription.) 
Where can I view my user and usage activity reports?
Click on Manage > Reports and select the report you wish to view. The default date range is This Month. Click on the date icon to edit the date range. 
How do I export my reports to Excel?
Click on Manage > Reports, select the report, then click on the Export button.
