At long last, go here for a short video—coming in at one second under the critical two-minute mark—that shows you what the interview for Adams Contracts' confidentiality agreement template looks like. Thanks to a custom user interface prepared for us by our document-assembly host, XpressDox, it looks real nice.
But beyond that is the performance it offers. If you want access to a wealth of customization, if you want substance curated by someone who has spent years researching and writing about confidentiality agreements (yours truly), and if you want the clearest, most concise, most relevant contract language on the planet, this template is for you. There's nothing remotely like it, at least not generally available. (If you want a one-size-mostly-fits-all approach, that's not us, for reasons I explain in this post.)
And beyond that, this template is mostly a showcase for what 's to come. If contracts matter to you, if you're dissatisfied with your current contract templates, if you can handle a fresh start, and if you're open to working with other organizations to come up with templates that work for the broader marketplace as well as your organization, contact me at ken@legalsifter.com.
