Recently I heard from one of our customers. They wanted to terminate their subscription to one of our templates. Oh no!
Actually, that's to be expected. Some clients want to use a template once, so they subscribe for only one month. Others want an open-ended subscription. The main thing is that this customer was satisfied:
The template and questionnaire used to generate it worked well. The questions are thorough, and I like that it is customizable based on the responses. It met my needs at the time, and I was able to use it for a one-off deal under a tight time constraint, which was very helpful.
I canceled because I do not need to provide service agreements regularly and I was paying for it out of pocket. (We’re a lean legal department!) I certainly found value in the template and would have continued my subscription had the circumstances been different.
